Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of bedou.shop (the “Site”) and the BEDOU pre-order reservation program. BEDOU is a brand operated by House of Pitches, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“House of Pitches,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Site or submitting a reservation, you agree to these Terms.

1. Pre-Order Reservations

BEDOU is currently in pre-launch. Submitting the Reserve form places you on a reservation list for the colorway and quantity you selected — it is not a purchase, order, or binding sale, and it does not charge you or store payment information. No card is required to reserve.

A reservation does not guarantee availability, pricing, or a specific ship date. When BEDOU is ready to ship, we will email you with instructions to complete an actual purchase at the pricing then in effect; you are free to decline. We may cancel or modify the pre-order program, including quantities, colorways, or timing, at any time before a purchase is completed.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to submit a reservation.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate contact information so we can reach you about your reservation and any future order. We are not responsible for our inability to contact you due to inaccurate information you provided.

4. Cancelling a Reservation

You may cancel your reservation at any time, at no cost, by emailing support@bedou.shop.

5. Marketing Communications

If you opt in to launch updates or the newsletter, we will email you accordingly. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails or by contacting us.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site, and all content, graphics, product designs, and branding on it, are owned by House of Pitches, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.

7. No Warranty

The Site and the pre-order program are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Product specifications, imagery, and availability described on the Site during pre-launch are subject to change before final release.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Pitches, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in the pre-order program. Because no payment is collected at the reservation stage, our maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with a reservation is limited to $0.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Site and product develop, particularly once paid ordering (including payment processing) is introduced. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
